She also underlined the self-inspection of knowing what they are good at and to do transparently. During her speech, she informed the way she started her business from the manufacture of N5000 for the work that she charges for more than 1 million Nairas and advised the owner of the potential company to start their business, regardless of their age or recent trends.

Idera added that business owners should give back to the community by having an impact on the knowledge and skills they have learned and acquired when they created their business from zero to other younger or less experienced business owners than through mentoring programs.

Shola Babatunde, the last speaker of the event, explained how to manage a successful fashion company in a difficult environment. She said we should know each other and create a niche. In her speech, she said: “You cannot target everyone and they want to sell to all those who make men's clothes, female clothes, shoes, bags and makeup, but it is best to understand your target market.”

Being in the fashion field for over 20 years, Babatunde has given some of the criteria to understand a target market such as age, sex, location and disposable income.
