I worked in the fields of man performance improvement,, social learning,, collaborationAnd creation of meaning for several decades. Currently, in all these fields, the dominant discussion is to use and integrate generative artificial intelligence (AKA Automatic learning) using large language models. I do not see many discussions on the improvement of individual human intelligence or our collective intelligence. My personal mastery of knowledge workshops Focus on them and leave AI as a secondary problem when we discuss tools towards the end of each workshop. There is something to take care of improving the way we are looking for, to give us meaning and share our knowledge.

The workshops begin by looking at the nature of human networks and communities and the essential role of curiosity. Later, we examine the influence of the media and how disinformation and disinformation can be understood and controlled. Intentionality When the use of social media is essential. The overall objective of the workshops is to help people improve Knowledge catalysts.

Last year in Reconstructing confidence I asked how to reconstruct confidence in expertise in a world filled with conspiracy theories and distrust of institutions? We do not seem to have made a lot of progress in the past and we may have gone in the opposite direction. This is why I continue to focus these workshops on sharing knowledge in communities of trust and open networks. Each of us must know how we can become catalysts of knowledge in a world of liquid media, helping to make our networks smarter, more resilient and capable of making better decisions. We can rebuild confidence in a catalyst at a time.

"Harold guided us to assess our needs and set realistic objectives. It has revitalized the global network by demonstrating the value of focusing on people instead of tools, as well as the introduction of its PKM model (research-sens)." —Senior Analyst, Global Pharma Company
