VinciWorks, a compliance software company based in London and work inclusion software, launched Conversational Learning, a IA-Ta training system designed to replace traditional modules with interactive, personalized learning experiences.
The new platform is intended to solve long-standing problems around the passive compliance Limited training and retention. He uses a generative AI to create real -time conversations that respond to the tone, confidence and learner's responses.
Focus on commitment and retention
According to VinciWorks, the system is underpinned by 20 years of compliance data and ethical executives, and is based on active learning principles that have shown improvement in retention. The learners interact with AI via typing or voice, in any language, to complete scenarios designed to develop critical thinking skills.
Shmuli Goldberg, AI chief and marketing director at VinciWorks, says: “It is not only a question of taking a course; It is a question of hiring your participants and protecting your business. Conversational learning combines the science of retention with the power of generative AI to provide training that people really remember and apply.
The system provides comments to managers using qualitative reports that assess the learners' responses and commitment. This information is designed to identify knowledge gaps and help learning and development teams to better target future support.
Deployment and early studies
Twelve modules are currently available, including:
-
Anti-corruption: discuss the risks
-
Company fraud: prevention in conversation
-
Online security: Talking about social engineering
-
Mental health: a conversation on support colleagues
-
Sexual harassment: a discussion on limits and consent
Other subjects cover tax evasion, safeguarding, phishing, intimidation and equality. More modules are expected as the platform evolves between sectors and regions.
Richard Rowan, head of learning and development, participated in beta tests. He says: “We were delighted to be part of beta tests for conversational learning. In fact, 84% of our trial users found conversational learning more engaging than traditional elearning, and 84% said they felt motivated to finish the training. But what really stood out for me was the feedback loop.
“The report generated by AI has not simply shown who has succeeded; He revealed how people think. This has highlighted vulnerabilities, gave clear steps and delivered real ideas to which I can act. It is incredibly precious for anyone in L&D. This is exactly what we need to ensure that training sticks. ”
