Whether you just enter the job market or decades in your career, there is a good chance that your work will evolve – or will soon be.

A recent Salesforce study suggested that with the adoption of agentic AI which should increase by 327% by 2027, the heads of human resources expect to reddemn 23% of their workforce over the next two years. While 61% of the workforce should remain in their role, these jobs should also change, according to the report.

In the report on the future of jobs of the World World Forum in January, 86% of employers said they thought that technological progress will transform their companies over the next five years.
