Food recipes, that is to say. But the kitchen is a bit like programming and other computer efforts, right?
Although it does not seem easy, there is a very narrow link between coding and cooking, because they are similar in many ways, to name only a few that they both need creativityand have a solid base from which they develop their activity. You can simply follow a recipe, but to reinterpret traditional dishes, some inventiveness is necessary. In coding, you can create a program based on a set of instructions or you can remix a project using your imagination. The sky is the limit!
Aside from the coding, when I first determine a manual sequence of steps, for example to configure a linux operating system for a specific task, or how to deploy something, I call it a “recipe” at least until it is scripted and / or automated.

Many of my current recipes have started by looking at various websites and combining them together. And then specialize it for my own typical whims and ingredients that I have on the hand and the kitchen equipment I have. Where I live in Los Angeles, gas is very cheap but electricity is expensive, so I try to do as much as possible on the range of gas.
