Tomorrow, I facilitate the first session on High performanceAnd will begin by developing three perspectives: the “context of social age”, the aspects of “post-pandemic power” and “the advent of AI”.

Social age traces an evolved ecosystem, a distance from the structural force to an ecos more dynamic socially. The history of the post-pandemic era is that of a fractured relationship between power and the place, and the advent of AI concerns our relationship with higher thought and sophisticated artifacts. Assembly, it is quite a storm.
AI forces us to reassess our relationship with capacity and skills, social age offers an advanced perspective in which to do it, and the pandemic lets us weaken like us.
My opening is always congested and unclear – so write late tonight – but the messages are relatively clear, at least in my head.
This is the canvas on which we will explore high performance – initially in the abstract, then later in terms of culture and teams, behaviors and systems.
