The ISA certified automation professional® (CAP®) Certification is a brand of professional excellence that affirms your commitment to quality and demonstrates your expertise and your knowledge of automation and controls. The ISA Cap certification provides you with an undeveloped, third and objective assessment and confirmation of your skills and expertise as an automation professional.
Who are the ceilings?
The ceilings are individuals who have proven that they have in -depth knowledge of automation and controls and that they have expertise and qualifications to excel in their fields. As automation professionals who work in the process automation and manufacturing industries in the world, CAPs are responsible for orientation, definition, design, development / application, deployment, documentation and management of software and equipment systems used in control systems, manufacturing systems, systems integration and operational advice.
CAP certification requirements

Cap
The CAP Body of Knowledge (BOK) includes the full extent of the knowledge, skills and capacities necessary for competent professional performance. It defines the areas of the automation project, tasks in the fields and knowledge and skills necessary to perform tasks. Show it Cap.
How to apply
There is no request form to be completed for CAP certification. Simply complete the following steps:
- Meet CAP certification criteria, qualifications and conditions.
- Recognize that you are subject to an audit for verifying random applications.
- Accept to provide support documents proving your qualifications if you are audited.
- Pay the examination fees.
By paying exam costs, you complete the request process and recognize the acceptance of stages 1-3.
Following steps
- Monitor an email from our test supplier, Meazure Learning (candidatesupport@meazurearning.com). Expect to receive it fifteen days before your examination window. E-mail will include information about how to plan your online exam or in a test center. NOTE: CAP examination fees East not included With CAP examination lessons (EC00, EC00V, EC00E and EC00M).
- Monitor an email summarizing the results of your exam. If you pass your exam, you will also receive your digital badge and you will be listed in the ISA identification information directory.
- Monitor an e-mail de certification@isa.org concerning an audit. You will only receive this email if you have been selected at random to be checked. If you don't receive this email, you have nothing to do. The audits are carried out three times a year, so it can take several months after completing your exam to receive an email if you have been selected for an audit.

About the examination
You can take the online review of your office or home if the test environment meets the requirements and your computer meets the specifications.
