Share just a few fragments thought today around questions of “skills”.
Take the central context of Social ageWith our radical connectivity and our various technology ecosystems and our superposition on the impacts of generative AI, we see a general disintegration and a distortion of inherited structures and systems. And “skills” can fall into this category.
The notions of a person and a skill are subsumed by the idea of ”capacity” and collectives.
Although we have seen the nature and context of the evolution of knowledge, it seems likely that the skills will also move and our productive relationship with them.
The constructivist and collectivist foundations of our organizational conceptions and the effect mechanisms are exceeded by changes in the way we are connected and productive. This will include the idea of how we are portable, learning, fixed or fluid, as well as the way we exchange (and what value we grant them).
