Dock10 was invited to speak during a session of digital synergies while Bloom returned to Liverpool in 2025. Bloom brought together leaders, practitioners and strategists from the creative and digital sectors for a day event and focused on the future designed as a hub for innovation, collaboration and strategic development. The participants immersed themselves in a multitude of ideas and practical perspectives, forged new connections and therefore with inspiration to participate in real and progressive action.

Bloom 2025's objective was a theme of collaboration, exploring how we can make alliances and work together for the greatest success of creative and digital sectors. It has gathered companies in the “North” to connect and explore how people working in the creative and digital industries contribute and stimulate the creative economy.

The Panel session, “ Digital Synergies: Sharing creative skills through games, cinema, television and beyond ”, understood Richard Wormwell (Manager of Production Innovation, Dock10), Jamie Sefton (Managing Director, GamerePublic), Alison Lacy (Chief of the Operation, Radical Forge) and Stefan Lampinen (founder, game Advisor Ltd). These digital experts have brought ideas from all over the north, plunging into the world of media, entertainment and video games, and exploring synergies between these industries and how they evolve in a digital and IA world.

With sectors faced with new opportunities and challenges, the panel has discussed a range of subjects, in particular: how collaboration feeds opportunities and growth; the transferability of software skills in digital industries; And how to better recognize and share the opportunities for the inter-sector sector. With digital skills calling for an adaptable and flexible approach to projects, the panel addressed how to add different options to products and services, without modifying your ethics. Based on their real world experiences, the panel has been able to offer practical information to help use skills in a variety of industries.
