I have just returned from the AitD conference, and while catching up with an email backwards, I was delighted to learn that my blog was recognized as one of the 15 Best blogs and learning and development websites in 2025. What an honor! And an excellent opportunity to explore some of the other people and organizations presented next to me.
Here are some blogs from this list that attracted my attention:
Julian Stdd learning blog
Julian Stdd is a real legend in learning space and such a deep thinker. I never failed to leave a conversation with Julian, or one of his blog articles without more noodles. He is described as a leading thinker on modern learning of the workplace, social collaboration and organizational development. Discover his recent post, Structural changes in learningoffers an overview of the evolution of learning in organizations. Fascinating.
Harold Jarche's blog
Harold Jarche is well known for his expertise in personal knowledge management (PKM) and learning in the workplace. His practical executives help individuals and organizations to navigate complexity by promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing. For an overview of his work, see his message, Mastery of personal knowledge (PKM)Describing how PKM helps individuals to remain effective by seeking, in the creation of meaning and by sharing knowledge permanently. Again, deep work to make us think all differently.

In his post, Exhibition to a different thoughtSukh Pabial underlines the importance of meeting various perspectives to deepen understanding and arouse creativity. This reflection encourages learning professionals to create experiences that widen learners' points of view, leading to more significant and more impactful learning results.
