Transparent interaction of learning management and virtual training computers – first in Learntec 2025
Stuttgart, April 24, 2025 – at Learntec 2025 in Karlsruhe (May 6-8, 2025), the Virtual Training Computers Deskmate will present a new unique functionality: direct integration of office training environments in Moodle. For the first time, software training organizations can create, manage and completely deploy virtual training computers in their Moodle environment.
Direct connection with Moodle allows you to launch virtual training environments directly from courses. Participants do not need separate access or an additional platform – access is provided directly from the course by clicking on a button. The allocation and administration also take place centrally in the LMS.
“Moodle integration is an important step for our customers in the training sector. It automates central processes, reduces administrative efforts and improves user experience for trainers and participants,” explains Michael Kurz, general manager of Kivito GmbH.
The new integration aims at training suppliers and organizations that use Moodle as a learning platform and carry out software training with a high intensity of practice – for example for ERP systems, development environments or specialized applications.
