Combine proven training in management with AI coaching for a sustainable impact

I feel incredibly lucky to meet such interesting people through my work. Recently, I had a fantastic conversation with Pete Fullard, who, through his organization, Upskilling People has been helping managers at Upskill for over 30 years. The dedication and experience of Pete in the development of practical management skills are really inspiring. Its unique character lies in its commitment to create and capture scenarios of real life in moments of learning – very impressive.

I strongly recommend consulting Pete's blog, where we have created videos together. It was a great opportunity to learn from him and share some ideas with his community to make their learning sticks.

There is the power to return to the essentials and in one of the videos, I focused on the transition of mentalities of reflection on learning content and knowledge to focus on what is going and I go differently.

If that resonates with you, take a look at the full article and video vignettes on the full blog of Pete: How to make the training stick

Special 30th anniversary offer

How it corresponds to our work at LEVE – Transfer of learning
We are delighted to associate with Upskilling people and the impact that the alignment of coach M with a robust and proven approach to learning can bring. If you are curious to know how AI coaching can double an impact on learning, let's bring your head.

It's great to work with Pete and his team to help really stick!
