A new non -profit organization, Chalom Hights, was officially launched in Ghana with the mission of empowering young women thanks to career development, mentoring and financial education.

The initiative, founded by Ghanaian development lawyer Rita Adu Boateng, aims to meet the challenges that limit access to young women to professional opportunities and provide them with the support necessary to carry out their full potential. Speaking during the launch, Ms. Addu Boateng said that the organization has committed to helping women strengthen the confidence, the resilience and the skills necessary to succeed in the competitive work environment of today.

“We want to build a future where no young woman thinks that her dream is out of reach,” she said. “Chalom Hights is there to support, guide and walk next to them in their journey to success.”

Chalom Hights intends to operate nationally and will implement its programs in partnership with government institutions, businesses and development agencies. Its activities will include structured mentorship, coaching, professional advice and financial literacy training for young women, in particular those of poorly served communities.

The organization also calls individuals and institutions sharing the same ideas to join its efforts to expand opportunities for women in Ghana. By promoting collaboration and community commitment, Chalom Hights seeks to create a support environment for the professional and personal growth of women.

With its headquarters based in Ghana, Chalom Hights is positioned as a key contributor to the national agenda on gender equity and economic empowerment. The launch marks the beginning of what the organization hopes will be a long -term effort to reduce obstacles to women in the labor market and to promote inclusive development.

The vision of the organization is to ensure that each woman, regardless of their history or circumstances, has access to the tools and networks necessary to prosper.
