In this part of the work, we explore the key questions:
- What will our organizations look like – what will remain, which will be new.
- How we will learn and direct
- Organizational design questions – socially dynamic, dialogic, fluid
- How learning will have evolved
- New alternative conceptions of work and the social contract
Regarding the way we learn and direct, we will consider where we are supported, increased, amplified or disturbed by these technologies, as well as considering how this has an impact on the form, structure and design of our organizations.
