DNLU organizes an advanced online certificate course on competition law and invites students and professionals interested in the field to participate. The course is scheduled from June 20 to June 29, 2025.

Created in 2018, Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) was founded with the vision of transmitting and disseminating legal knowledge while promoting a research culture to advance legal education. Over the years, the university has organized many intra and interuniversary events. Following not being an institution focused on knowledge, but also to creativity and wisdom, DNLU has made its mark on a national and international scale.

This course provides a complete introduction to competition law in India, covering its economic justification, its legal development and its regulatory framework. Thanks to five modules, he explores key theories (Harvard, Chicago, Asia), basic concepts such as market power and domination, and anti -competitive practices – both unilateral and coordinated. It also covers mergers control, CCI procedures, application tools and sectoral coordination. Designed for students, law professionals and economists, the course mixes theory with case studies and expert ideas.

This course includes an opportunity for internship at the Center for Legal & Economic Regulatory Analysis (Clera), Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. Clera is a research center focused on regulatory developments in sectors such as securities, competition, finance, insolvency and insurance. The trainees engage with real -time regulatory monitoring (SEBI, RBI, CCI, TRAI, IRDAI) and contribute to research focused on policies. For more details, please refer to the brochure.
