According to the latest estimates by Gartner and the World Economic Forum, there are more than 85 million open roles requiring digital skills and AI, but only a fraction can be filled with qualified candidates. Over the past two years, publications for jobs such as AI engineers, data scientists and automatic learning specialists have soared more than 60%, exceeding the growth of talents available by a large margin.
