Pharmacy Tech Scholar, an interactive e-learning supplier for pharmacy technicians, is associated with the certification council for pharmacy technicians.
The joint effort combines the training program for online pharmacy technicians from the pharmacy with PTCB accreditation resources. The partnership is designed to rationalize the process by which technicians learn, practice and gain certification.
“Employers of technicians in pharmacies told us that they needed a path that eliminates friction, reduces costs and accelerates preparation,” said Aaron Emmel, CEO of Pharmacy Tech Scholar. “By aligning with the PTCB, we are able to wrap world class education, the tools for critical mission practice and the certification examination of pharmacy technicians recognized on a national level in a coherent experience and adapted to learners.”
