Fitt – (frequency, intensity, time, type)Frequency is increased by leading to a greater number of times a week. Intensity is increased by lifting greater resistance, as with bodybuilding, or by training in a higher percentage of maximum heart rate (Maxhr). This can be done as continuous training or intervals. Time Can be manipulated by training longer, by reducing recovery times or completing a greater number of sets or rehearsals (also called representatives). Type The training is handled by offering a variety of types of training and athlete experiences by combining training methods.
