Considering AI Generative is a technology, our answer is significantly human. In any conversation, there is a tendency to be a lot of intuition, feeling, thought, discomfort, certainty and hope.

I suppose that in this that, it is not different from the experience that I go through during the purchase rationalization even more brushes or oil paintings: I do not analyze my purchase through the objective of the materials involved, but rather by the art that I hope to create. My analysis and my interpretation are seen through the objective of my own context and my own aspiration.
The way a more expensive brush makes me this best artist, is a question that I tend to get around.
Effectively directing because our changes in context require an ability to hold lenses. And remember that everyone, in their own way, distorts the truth. More specifically, being able to question and actively change the objectives, and sometimes to begging, borrowing or making a new one.
We must be analytical, but also ambitious, frightening, optimistic, pragmatic and uncomfortable. We need certainty, but also curiosity, momentum and reflection.
I head to London for the second prototype of the AI strategic workshop, which takes place tomorrow, and I have restructured it from the first. Or more specifically, it now has a certain structure, instead of being a more fluid hike …
The third section is entitled “ From agassus to insight ”, and is intended to take us from direct observation, and intuitive response, up to a level of analysis, and finally, to crystallize a position – although temporary, because another theme that we explore later is the “ range of our certainty ”, and how we do not want this certainty.
I like this kind of work, because in some respects, it keeps me responsible for reality. I asked the participants of the workshop to “escape” the constraints of their daily world, to explore ideas with me, but with a commitment to land it somewhere near the border with their daily lives. Do not withdraw an action list and a commitment for next week … but to be able to see both the reflection on the free form and the practical realities of leadership today.
It is, of course, the most difficult thing, because we need exploratory space to escape the “known”, but the pressure to land reminds us of the familiar, or we point to the simple or evidence.
So we will see – and that is why I executed three prototypes of everything, before going to V4 as the first version. The first is always too wide, the second will probably drown in the structure, the third can disentangle goodness … But we will see.
