PMI certified partner in project management (CAPM)
THE Certified partner in project management Certification is an entry -level certification widely recognized for project management offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI). You do not need to be a project manager to get your CAPM – many IT jobs require project management skills to supervise technical projects. You will need a secondary diploma and at least 23 hours of education in project management completed before you can take the exam, but you can achieve it through PMI Project management bases course. System safety certified practitioner (SSCP)
This Certification certifies your skills in the implementation, monitoring and administration of IT infrastructure in accordance with alignment with the best practices of the industry established by (ISC) ². Certification is better suited to network security engineers, systems administrators, security analysts, systems engineers, security consultants, security administrators, systems and networks analysts and the administrators of the database.
To qualify, you need at least one year of work experience in one or more of the seven areas, which are access controls, safety operations and administration, risk identification and monitoring, response and recovery of incidents, cryptography, network safety and communications, and systems and safety of applications. If you do not have the required experience, you can take the exam to become a partner of (ISC) ², after which you will have two years to finish the year of experience required. You can also qualify to take the exam if you have a related diploma in a college or accredited university, or the equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, computer systems engineering, management systems or computer science.
