Edtech based in Paris Disclosed obtained 10 million euros in funding to scale its online learning platform focused on AI and cognitive science, with plans to accelerate international expansion and launch a new tool focused on informal learning of the workplace.
The Tour was led by AVP And Citizen Capital, with the participation of Maif Impact, Junex and the return investor Takara Capital.
Funding will support Didask's ambitions to improve its learning management system (LMS), develop through Europe and deploy a new “knowledge assistant” designed to support informal learning and work flow. This assistant powered by AI will be integrated directly into the work tools to help employees increase transparently during their daily tasks.
Founded in 2017 by its LY, Arnaud Riegert and Philip Moore, the origins of Didask date back to ENS (École normale supérieure) in 2006. Co-founders, frustrated by the limits of traditional e-learning models, wanted to incorporate cognitive sciences into the digital learning process.
Didask differentiates itself in a crowded LMS market with a creation tool guided by AI to create structured and personalized learning paths using methods based on evidence. The platform recommends content formats, such as simulations, flash cards and micro-washers, adapted to the individual learner's needs.
The company launched Didia, an intelligent educational assistant in 2022. With this new investment, Didask plans to extend Didia's capacities to support informal learning contexts via the next knowledge assistant.
