Bryan Cantrill discusses what he learned after 20 years blog over the decades. Me too, I crossed the brand of two decades last February. Bryan was asked four questions on occasion by Cynthia Dunlop.
- What blog entry was it the most proud of?
- Which one was the most difficult to write?
- What impact of blogs have I found surprising?
- What advice would I have for those who start with blogs?
So I thought it could be a good idea for me to do the same.
1. I am proud of an article which received the most negative comments of all time. I was even asked to modify the title of the publication. Our future is in a network and female I looked at how there were many ancient tribal companies led by women, but both the advent of institutions, such as the kingdoms and the religions of the book, and the subsequent capitalist markets were clearly dominated by men. Today, in a network society, we see more ways for a female influence, as evidenced by movements like “me too”, and of course, there is a repair that results from institutions and patriarchal markets. The change is not complete but if we do not explode, I think it will happen.
2. Several messages were difficult to write. The death of a dear friend, Graham MCTAVISH WATTwas painful. It was in my mother-in-law, Budget wilsonAs I wanted to have an online place linked to many other tributes. Write on a book – Everything for nothing – This reflected my mother's experiences during the defeat of Prussia in 1945 was not easy either. What all three have in common is that they were personal.
3. Blogs have improved my writing (surprise!). He also created very strong links with other bloggers. An example would be Luis Suarezthat I have never met and we continue to meet online in several communities and networks over 20 years. But I thought that the impact of blogs seems to have decreased in the past five years. I think we can see a resurgence in the future, however be scratched By AI, language models are a bit depressing.
4. My advice for anyone interested in blogs is the following – write for yourself. This is the only way you can persevere.
