I find it hard to write here these days. And I wrote a little because it is the post # 3 685. Given the turmoil with our American neighbors, it is difficult to focus on many others. Just in my professional networks on both sides of the border, I personally know people who have lost their jobs, their customers and any ability to plan a nearby future – all in the last month.

I should write a book. I even have an editor. But I won't do it. At least not at this time. Most of my time to reflect on the aggressive behavior of our other, the United States and continuous threats to our sovereignty. The fact that Trump was re -elected always shocks me. This shows how defective the American electoral system is, and I know that we are tired of our own faults here in Canada. I spent most of my initial career as an infantry officer, to the fight to fight against the Soviet Union and his allies of the Warsaw Pact. It seems that my last years in life are fighting, at least economically, the Russian regime and the American administration that support it.

One of my areas of professional interest is the creation of meaning, individually and collectively. This is the objective of my PKM workshop Who is currently in his second week with a world cohort. It's nice to have at least something on which to focus is not political. With PKM, I promote the use of Cynefin frame and focused on the treatment of complexity and how to operate with a Probe> Meaning> Reply approach. Our current state of national and international affairs has moved to the chaotic field which requires more Act> Sense> Reply approach. Act first, then see what happens to give meaning. When I get up in the morning these days, I rather start in a confused state.

I therefore wonder and all the interested readers – what changes in our practices of creating meaning should we integrate to adapt to a world which is often more chaotic than complex?
