The report brings together global knowledge on the technical reform of vocational training and education (TVEP) to develop a common understanding of the promise of EFTP in the progress of employment and productivity. This is important to support sustainable economic transformations and in the light of the challenges observed in EFPET systems in low and average income countries. The report also examines the lessons learned from EFTP reforms, including the COVVI-19 pandemic, and offers a path to more impactful support and coordinated with EFPET systems in the future.
