Intelligent learning solutions attacking the crisis of growing Europe
Europe is faced with an increasing crisis in skills. Almost two -thirds of small and medium -sized enterprises in the EU report, difficulty finding workers with the right skills, a challenge that the European Commission warns is deeply rooted in the region's economy. In France alone, there are shortages of important talents in key sectors such as health care, software development, cybersecurity and finance.
Skills -based learning is becoming a strategic solution, helping individuals take control of their development while allowing organizations to remain competitive. However, traditional training methods – often generic and poorly targeted – are to provide significant results.
The platform fed by AI of 360 AI makes learning based on large-scale skills. Workflows fed in AI allow L&D teams to automate tasks, allow the sharing of knowledge of experts in matters (SMEs) and provide personalized learning at the right device. The L&D teams are then free to focus on the end of critical gaps in skills in their organization thanks to targeted campaigns on implementation and reskilling.
Benjamin MarchalCEO of 360Learning, said:
The gaps in skills widen at an unprecedented rate. Organizations without robust update and reskulling strategies will be late in the world race on innovation. This support from the French government recognizes the transformer potential of AI in learning – and we are barely starting to unlock what is possible.
360Learning supports the development of targeted skills, project management for sales teams for technical skills specializing in departments.
