To fully understand the current state of L&D in American workplaces, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Talentlms questioned American HR managers and employees at the beginning of 2022 to find out what employees want and expect in the L&D space today, as well as what organizations are arranged and capable of providing.
