RE / MAX Europe has recognized the requirements according to which emerging technologies, customer expectations and market changes place on their agents, as well as the need to reorganize existing training and to offer new training methods. This has again established Re / Max Europe as a leader in innovation and a company that highly emphasizes professionalism, training and success.

Re / Max Europe is present in more than 40 European countries and has more than 30,000 agents. To meet market conditions and continue to provide excellent service to their customers, it is necessary that the training of new agents is evolving in order to provide the best possible customer experience, which, in the context of real estate transactions, means guaranteeing customer satisfaction and increasing the service to a new level.

All RE / MAX agents have the possibility of participating in many live, online and offline events, and regional and local workshops, where they can learn more about new real estate trends, develop their skills and connect with their colleagues. However, the fundamental training of the new agent was mainly organized as a personnel in person only, presenting challenges in terms of high costs, accessibility, time and travel effort among other factors.

The challenge was to create creative lessons that would include effective narration and interactive exercises to successfully transfer the necessary knowledge and initiate learners as much as possible. We have accomplished it in effective collaboration with the SME of Re / Max.

Solution

Re / Max Europe has chosen Ewyse as a trusted partner for this important large -scale project. Ewyse's experience in balanced delivery mixed learning helped determine a variety of best practices from both worlds and create solutions adapted to the project and customer needs.

The project lasted a year and required excellent communication, project coordination and planning on both sides. Milestones, processes and project management documentation were established at the start of the project and adjusted as the project progressed, with the contribution of the project managers of Ewyse and Re / Max Europe.

A mixed learning approach, which included Elearning courses, face -to -face workshops and webinaries, was used to provide agents with quality training and to obtain the best results. The workshops opposite interactive face were created by RE / MAX Europe trainers, while the digital aspects of the training were co-created by the two parties in a collaboration effort, which led to a complete and engaging learning experience for new real estate agents joining the network.

Thanks to the close cooperation of an experienced RE / MAX Europe expert expert and learning architects in Ewyse, a digital knowledge base has been established for all agents across Europe. Raw materials were provided in Ewyse, and after an in -depth analysis of needs, the project objectives and the program were set and designed with several feedback and entries.

Collaborating in close collaboration with experts in Re / Max Europe, more than two hundred deliverables (elearning course, face-to-face training and webinaries) and support documents were co-created, teacher to new agents how to follow the best RE / MAX Europe practices and develop the sales skills necessary to conclude their first transactions.   • Establish a new visual identity in all educational documents, presentations and other documents that agents are preparing for their work.

To make the training even more accessible in the largest RE / MAX Europe regions, in addition to the English master version, all the deliverables have been translated and located in six different languages. Translation was a collaboration effort made by the RE / MAX, RE / MAX Europe and Ewyse regions. Helped by the contribution of the RE / MAX regions, Ewyse had the demanding task of locating the Elearning courses and adapting the courses by adjusting the content to adapt to the values ​​and culture of the target public. Coordination with regions and with many stakeholders also required structured work, attention to detail and in -depth quality control of the educational designers of Ewyse, RE / MAX Europe and the RE / MAX regions.

Teamwork, mutual respect and emphasis on quality led to the development of high quality training and the use of the latest technologies (such as 360 -degree imaging).

This project was exciting and stimulating from early early to the end – from the creation of design ideas for the first pilot course to the finalization of the last variant of localized courses. Results

With the digital training program, RE / MAX Europe has managed to position itself once again as a pioneer in the industry and to further improve business processes.
