By reading online, I sign the resources that I find interesting and useful. I share these links about once a month here on my blog. This article includes links related to Midjourney styles, learning games, AI tools, L&D salary survey and video editing advice.
Although I normally post links every 4 to 5 weeks, I post it a week earlier because I have podcast interviews in the queue to share soon. In addition, I will share a summary of the training conference after my return from this event.

The above images were generated in Midjourney with –Sref 4234206284, a Style code of one of the libraries below.
Midjourney styles
A library of SREF codes (style reference) for Midjourney. Find a style you like and use it in your prompt to create images in a similar style. Some are paid, but many styles are free. Note that miniature images for styles are strongly biased towards images of conventionally attractive women. You can find useful styles for training in the workplace here, and you can invite images adapted to work in this style, but be aware of examples of images.
Another library of Midjourney Sref codes (style). Look for inspiration or copy existing SREF codes to generate your own images in this style.
35 Midjourney art styles to trigger your creativity in 2025
Ideas for art styles to include in your guests to the Midjourney generation or another generation of IA images. This includes the prompts used to generate styles, which means you can try specific prompts and sentences in other tools. Some of the prompts have more filling words than ideal, but I found the examples of descriptive language useful.
Learn interactive games and stories
How the context of the real world changes the game
In this video, Marie-Jo Leroux compares two examples of games for training which deal with the same high-level objective but with a context and different constraints. The context of the real world affects goals and game mechanisms.
AI tool to create an interactive fiction. Add passages and choices and use the integrated AI tool to write history. It is a chatgpt wrapper with personalized prompts as well as an interface to build the ramification structure and the passage connection buttons. The interface of the ramification structure looks like string, so I wonder if it is designed to look like or if the string is part of the code below. It would be easier to learn for beginners than string, so even if you did not want to use AI, you can create a connection scenario in this tool. I was not super impressed by the results of the AI in my quick tests, but perhaps it will improve over time and better prompts.
AI tools
Google Labs has a “experiences” page with a collection of AI tools for various purposes. These are very explicitly experimental and probably not ready for production environments. I also expect many of them to disappear later (it's Google, after all – look at their history). However, it looks like a fun site to spend time exploring what tools can do now.
