The program joins a wide variety of other certificate programs, including real estate certifications and food services, offered by the university
In a new partnership with Ad Banker & Co., a company that helps candidates take insurance and license exams for securities for over 40 years, UND now offers continuing education units and prior training in these industries.
This partnership offers an online education of a trust and leading supplier in insurance and securities.
“As indicated in the UND strategic plan, UND wants to create more ways for students of all ages, income and horizons to obtain certificates and diplomas ”, said Corey KlattCoordinator of personal and professional development programs in the university's extensive learning office.
“This is what this program serves. We really want to give people the opportunity to learn skills and get the certificates and licenses they need to succeed in their careers. ”
And knowing how difficult it can be for professionals to work to take regular lessons, the university offers online programs that people can continue at their own pace, added Klatt.
Wide range of offers
The website of the extended learning office Lists, describes and links to each program. Programs include professional nutrition and food certifications, the training of mortgage loan agents, coding training and data engineering training camps, women in women's education in leadership and northern Dakota real estate courses, among other offerings.
These programs are available for students and non-students and are designed to help accelerate individuals in the profession, to give them the opportunity to build and expand their knowledge.
All programs are 100% online.
In the latest partnership, Und has teamed up with Ad Banker & Co. to offer lessons for people who wish:
- Spend life and health, property and victims of their state, insurance exams and other insurance exams.
- Put their regulatory examinations for the regulation of the financial industry or the Finra.
- Meet the continuing education requirements of their state for insurance and securities professionals.
“ Accelerated track in successful careers ”
“Last year, for all our classes, we had a total of around 1,200 students,” said Klatt.
“And we received good comments from the students who contacted and said:” These courses really helped me take my exam. We are doing our best to offer the region's quality education in a way that can really help people accelerate people in successful careers. »»
